Understand Your Business


The Brit Risk Management process starts an assessment of your risk. This can be done through either an Online Risk Survey or a visit from one of our experienced fleet risk consultants who will review all aspects of the running of your fleet including:

  • The nature of your fleet
  • Accident statistics
  • Driver qualifications
  • Health and safety compliance issue

The subsequent report contains prioritised recommendations and sets out a costed action plan to ensure you have a transparent view of the way forward.

Assess Your Drivers

Our service uses the most advanced online risk assessments to ensure all drivers are assessed. (Offline versions are also available.) From this step we can recommend a cost-effective training programme tailored to your fleet, rather than a one size fits all approach.

Train Your Drivers

Your Brit Risk Management consultant will agree a training programme with you and help you manage the process. A vast range of training courses are available through our service.

Record and Monitor

The Brit Risk Management website is designed to record all individual training records to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Our team of consultants will continue to support you after training has been completed. They work with you to confirm progress against the risk reduction recommendations and will provide ongoing advice and assistance.
